Your Break Free University™ Lesson Plan

 

, I want to help you get the very best results from your work to break free from your self sabotage barriers and behaviors.

Below is the order in which I recommend you complete the Break Free from Self Sabotage Behavior process. Some students complete one step per week and some finish all the work in one week. Using the Break Free University™ curriculum, you can do this work at whatever pace works best for you.

You will find instructions for each step below.

Break Free Lesson Plan:

Step 1:

Completely read through the instructions on this page.

 

Step 2:

You will use the How to Recognize Self Sabotage Behaviors manual and MP3 audios to develop a thorough understanding of the true nature of self sabotage behaviors. As you develop your new understanding of the internal processes you are using to create and perpetuate your self sabotage barriers and behaviors, you will begin to have higher insights into both the significant and subtle ways in which you have been creating your own barriers to your desired success.

 

Step 3:

In this step you will start by reading through the Break Free from Self Sabotage Behaviors Workbook. After reading the workbook, you will have a new understanding of the Break Free process and you will most likely have questions about the Break Free process, so you should take the time now to watch the video, “Introduction to the Break Free from Self Sabotage Behavior Process.” This video will provide you with expanded explanations and examples for using the Break Free process for your highest effectiveness.

Now it is time for you to take yourself through the Break Free step-by-step process by completing the exercises in the workbook. Find a quiet place where you can complete your work without interruption. Your inner self sabotage barriers will do their best to distract you so find a place that eliminates as many of the external distractions as possible. I do my best work at the local public library where it is nice and quiet.

Please note: Your self-sabotage behaviors may try to block you from completing your work, so my most significant recommendation is to complete this work in whatever way is best for you! There are no wrong ways to go about breaking free from self-sabotaging barriers and behaviors!

Breaking free from self sabotage barriers usually happens in layers. As you work to break free from one self sabotage barrier, you will find and break free from another, and then another until you finally reach your core self sabotage barrier.

While each step you take toward breaking free from your self sabotage barriers will free you to move more easily toward your success – finding and break free from your core self sabotage barrier will truly set you free! THIS is when you will find your true freedom to be the wonderfully successful and abundant person you know you can be!

You can take yourself through the Break Free step-by-step process as many times as you need. It is very rewarding when you get to the core of a self sabotage barrier and break free from it forever!

 

Step 4:

When you are ready to take your Break Free journey to an even higher level of effectiveness you will want to schedule your complimentary Break Free Coaching Session.

This is a full one-on-one Break Free coaching session conducted over the phone.

In our one-on-one session I will guide you through the Break Free process using your own specific self sabotage barrier. You and I will actually do the work together so you can get through the process with the highest return on your investment.

 

Step 5:

As you find yourself breaking free from more and more of your self sabotaging barriers you will want to make sure to develop a strong set of goals. The Reach Your Goals Faster manual teaches you a strategic method of using “moving toward” strategies that will cause your mind to actually pull you toward the accomplishment of your established goals.

 

Step 6:

This VITAL step will teach you a completely customized and powerful way to write and use affirmations. The techniques you will learn in the Power Affirmations video and manual will help you to write affirmations that will remove all possibilities of the inner tug-of-war of self sabotage. You will learn the art of writing and using affirmations in such a way that your subconscious mind will feel “compelled” to move you toward creating that which you are affirming.

 

There is work to be done, however the results are sooooo worth the work!
