Hello and Greetings from North Carolina, USA!

A few days ago I sent out an email letting everyone know that I currently have a few open spots for my one-on-one Breakthrough coaching program. Since that time, I’ve been asked a few important questions and I would like to share them, and the answers, with you now.

Q: I think that my problem is probably different from most people. How do I know if a coaching program would benefit me?

A: I can help you work on any problem or barrier that is causing you to sabotage your efforts to create the happiness, success, love, independence, security, or whatever else you may want in your life! Many of my clients came to me because they were struggling to feel love and happiness in their relationships, some came to me because of eating and weight issues, and some came to me to because they were sabotaging and blocking their efforts to create business and financial success. I love being challenged by all sorts of problems and barriers so “bring it on!”

Q: If I start a coaching program with you are you going to make me dredge up all my emotional hurts and pains from my past?

A: No! What people love the most about my step-by-step process is that it is a logical and strategic process that helps us to uncover your internal decision-making processes that cause you to sabotage yourself. We will then use this information to create and install a new, more effective decision-making process that will automatically empower you to take action toward your goal. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had people tell me at the end of a session that they are amazed that we were able to make such effective changes and that we did not have to go to any “deep, dark places”.

Please listen to this very important podcast as one of my coaching clients talks about her experience of the Breakthrough Coaching program!

Q: If I have a Complementary Coaching Consultation with you, will you pressure me to buy a coaching package?

A: Absolutely not! It is not in anyone’s best interest for you to pursue coaching with me if it is not the right next step for you to take. I only work with clients when we both know that my coaching process will help you to make long-term, lasting positive changes to your inner decision-making processes.

Q: Is coaching time-consuming and will I have homework?

A: When we have a coaching session together we will not stop after the “traditional 50 minutes”. We will work through the process until we get to the changes you need and want to make and I will guide you the entire way. Most sessions last two to three hours. I know that may sound like a lot of time for one session, however there is a HUGE RETURN ON YOUR INVESTMENT of both time and money when we work all the way through the process.  If you take the time now to work all the way through the Break Free process, this self sabotage barrier won’t rob you of your time, energy and resources later! There is rarely any “required” homework, however, many of my coaching clients will do additional work on their own when they experience the power of going all the way through the Break Free process.

Q: What if I really need and want to enroll in a coaching program with you, but I can’t afford your package prices?

A: I am very aware of the financial challenges that people are dealing with as a result of our struggling economy and I try not to turn anyone away — especially those who are highly motivated to create changes in their life.  Whenever appropriate, I sometimes offer partial scholarships to active Break Free University members in an effort to help them with the cost of pursuing one-on-one coaching with me.

If you are considering one-on-one coaching there is no better time than the present!

The Number 1 Way to Be SELF Motivated through Tough Times

What is the Number 1 way to generate an abundance of SELF Motivation that can help you get through the Tough Times?

It is…

Setting Goals!

Ask any highly successful person – anywhere in the world – and they will tell you that Setting Goals is a non-negotiable part of their daily routine.

Goal setting is more than simply writing down some ideas on a piece of paper.

Goals, when set up effectively can be an incredible source of SELF Motivation. Your goals can actually COMPEL you to DO whatever needs to be done and COMPEL you to overcome any challenges or problems that try to block your success!

  • Setting Goals is a great way to take CONTROL over your life.

  • Setting Goals will activate your subconscious problem-solving abilities.

  • Setting Goals will put you in alignment with the Law of Attraction.

  • Setting Goals is a great way to break free of procrastination!

  • Setting Goals is a powerful way to motivate yourself into action!

  • Setting Goals is a great way to unlock your deeper levels of creativity.

  • Setting Goals is a highly effective way to consistently re-ignite your belief in yourself!

I just found the most amazingly comprehensive online web-based software tool for setting and tracking your goals and I just HAD to share it with you!

It’s called GoalsOnTrack and could potentially help you reach your goals 10, 50, even 100 times faster than ever before!

GoalsOnTrack is a unique goal setting application designed to help you…

  • Set and visualize goals, so that you always have a clear view in mind where you are now, and which direction you are going.

  • Create action plans, so that you can turn your goals into reality by defining what needs to be done to move forward.

  • Manage daily tasks, so that you are focused on only the most important things for achieving your goals on a daily basis.

  • Track your time, so that you use your time wisely, get important things done first, and work less but achieve more.

  • Keep a journal for your goals, so that you can record your thoughts and document your efforts on your path to success.

  • Review and measure progress, so that you can see the instant progress on your goal whenever you complete a task, and always stay positive and feel motivated.

  • Build great habits, so that you can make the necessary changes in thought and behavior patterns that are required of your goals.

I’m completely impressed with GoalsOnTrack because it is so easy to navigate and it covers every aspect of goal setting. You can even apply the Law of Attraction by adding motivational pictures to your goals and create your own Vision Board.

Truly… You MUST check this out! It is AWESOME!!!

Motivation Techniques for Recovering When You've Been Knocked Down Hard by an Unexpected and Unwanted Life Event

Hello!

This morning one of my favorite Break Free University members called me up after having just watched the 1st video in the LIVE Case Study series on how to Crank Up Your SELF Motivation.

She called me because she wanted to tell me how deeply she related to the motivation barriers that the LIVE Case Study subject described and how much it helped her to learn new, more effective motivation techniques.

In our conversation she asked me if I would make the 1st video available to non-members because she wanted to send a link to her entrepreneur friends that she knows will also get a lot of value from these motivation techniques.

As a direct result of her enthusiasm and request I have decided to make the 1st video in the series available to EVERYONE for a limited time.

Case Study Video #1 of 3

In video #1 you will get to experience the extensive level of unhappiness brought on by his unwanted divorce – and you will see as he slowly, but surely begins to have significant "ah-ha" moments that lead him to his eventual self-motivational changes.

Click here to download the AUDIO of this Case Study
