Motivation Techniques for Building Self Confidence

Today I want to share with you the first video in a LIVE Case Study series that will allow you to observe as I work with a client who struggles in her efforts toward building self confidence and maintaining her motivation as she works to build her own coaching practice.

This client has spent several years working to develop her own coaching practice based on a powerful energy work called EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).

A large part of her self sabotaging barrier is that she has deep-seeded internal beliefs that cause her to doubt that other people would want to learn from her. She knows about EFT energy work on a very deep and respectable level, however has internal feelings and self talk that cause her to fear that she may attract criticism through her work to teach others about EFT.

Whether you are working to build your own coaching practice, your own consulting business, or any other profession that requires you to teach and share your knowledge with others, you must have a strong internal sense of confidence that others will respect you and want to learn from you.

Motivation Techniques for Recovering When You've Been Knocked Down Hard by an Unexpected and Unwanted Life Event

This morning one of my favorite Break Free University members called me up after having just watched the 1st video in the LIVE Case Study series on how to Crank Up Your SELF Motivation.

When I talk with people about their self-sabotage behaviors the most common thing people share with me is their struggles with procrastination. Indeed, procrastination is one of the most notorious symptoms of self-sabotage behavior, in fact, I refer to procrastination as the Poster Child of Self Sabotage Behavior.
